Food We Eat

So, I've never been much of a baker. In fact, there are several moments in my life when people accused me of trying to murder them with overhard cookies, mulchy cakes, and inedible pies.


This pie/crumb proves that someday I too will harness the inner baker and produce something deeelish.

It has a pie bottom and a crumb crust, and is tart and sweet at the same time, full of tangy ginger, nectarines, and red and purple plums.
