Food We Eat

So! The pumpkin soup was soo good that I made it again, though this time with squash and ginger, to mix it up a bit!
We had it with this amazing Burrata cheese, mozzarella outside, and creamy succulent amazing inside. Wow. Grilled pitas with hyssop and sumac spice from the Holy Land Market, and an arugula salad with mint. Everything was dressed very simply with a little olive oil, balsamic, and crunchy sea salt.
