Food We Eat

Alright. This is the most am-aze-ING pasta sauce I have ever made.
Step one: leftover refrigerator veg, a little piece of carrot, some green onions, some regular onions, and two teeny tiny beets
Step two: roast
Step three: food processor it with a bit of broth (I always use Vanessa's bouillon cubes cause they are so so so great and all vegan)
Step four: pour over pastas!
